The Problem
ASHRAE Standard 188 compliance requires detailed water management plans, riser diagrams, and audit-ready documentation for every facility. Doing it in Word and Excel by hand doesn't scale past a handful of buildings and leaves facilities exposed during audits.
The Approach
Built a web platform purpose-built for a Ph.D. industrial hygienist managing enterprise clients. Facility data in, compliant documentation out — including SVG riser diagrams, .docx and .xlsx exports, and a full audit trail of every change.
The Outcome
Platform in active use for enterprise client work. Replaces days of manual assembly per facility with a few minutes of review and export. Audit trail holds up under regulatory scrutiny.
